NEW MEMBERCARDS WITH CHIP TECHNOLOGY!!

If your MemberCard expires before the end of December 2012, your renewal chip card will arrive before your old card expires.  We expect to do a mass replacement of the balance of the cards no later than December.  You will receive both your new card and PIN in the mail.  If you want to change the PIN you can do so at any Credit Union ATM machine free of charge.  If you have a card on your account that you no longer want, please contact us and we will make sure it is properly removed from the system and will not order you a new card.  If you do not get a replacement card by the end of January, 2013 and would like one please give us a call, as inactive cards are not being replaced.  Your current old style magnetic MemberCard will only work until the end of January 2013 and then they will be removed from the system so please start taking advantage of the new increased security by using your new card as soon as it arrives.  Please destroy the old card or bring it in to us and we will destroy it in a secure manner. 

The chip card technology will provide an added level of security against counterfeit operations and fraudulant activity such as skimming.
